welcome to our new DIY series on the blog, Do or DIY! we are doing a series of DIYs that are super easy to make and most importantly, they take really easy-to-find supplies! Our first DIY are these two-supply washi tape pencils!
s u p p l i e s :
- washi tape
- plain unsharped pencils
d i r e c t i o n s :
step one:
lay out the tape on your table and measure it to the length of your pencil. tear or cut the washi tape to that size.
step two:
carefully wrap the tape around the pencil. make sure you go slow to avoid making creases in the tape.
step three:
if your measurements weren't exact, cut off the extra tape.
and you're done! these are super simple but super cute!
n o t e :
if the tape starts coming off, use some clear scotch tape around it to secure it.
let us know if you make this DIY and email us a picture!
