Here is a pretty simple workout I found on Pinterest that is a great wake-up. Remember, its not the quantity of reps that matters, its the quality. It's okay to start with a lower number of reps/
"The Morning Workout" - 25 Pushups
- 30 Crunches
- 50 Second Wall Sit
- 10 Tricep Dips
- 45 Second Plank
- 30 Leg Lunges
- 15 Squats
do this three times with a small water break in between for the maximum benefits. Enjoy!
